On May 7-9, 2025, the California Homeless Education Technical Assistance Center (HETAC)—in partnership with the California Department of Education (CDE), the Los Angeles County Office of Education (LACOE), and SchoolHouse Connection (SHC)—will host the 2025 California Statewide Homeless Education Conference in San Diego, CA.

The California Statewide Conference for Homeless Education is designed specifically for educators, including county office of education (COE) and local educational agency (LEA) liaisons, who support children, youth, and families experiencing homelessness. Join us for the 2025 conference to connect with peers and learn about resources and best practices to strengthen your work with children, youth, and families experiencing homelessness and help provide students experiencing homelessness with the tools they need to excel..
